I came to them based on reviews and was not disappointed. Had a problem with my installed system and Ray spent quite a bit of time pre-troubleshooting before we even talked about what they could do for me. He identified what was needed and scheduled within a week (had to wait for parts). Clean work, fixed my issue. Very communicative before, during and after the work was completed. Ray never ducked any of my annoying questions. Cost was fairly reasonable. I was happy with the work which is what matters most. I got what I came in and requested to get done.

I have been doing business with imagine audio since 2016, and I have to say that I trust no one else. The prices are great, the care and quality they put in every vehicle or truck is amazing. They did my tint, alarm & remote system on my prior car and now did my tint on my new truck. I’m completely happy with the way my truck looks. I will be getting more done as well. Thank you imagine audio. 😊

Had a great initial experience with Ray, Jackson, and Marc (owner). Subwoofers failed after a few weeks. Went back twice for fix. Got subs back and they were only at half the power from the 1st time. Shop told me they were overpowered and that's why they blew. then they failed again a few weeks later. Rinse and repeat. After spending $3,200 and 4 return trips, they now tell me that the products that they sold me are not compatible with my car and the bass now sounds like it did with my factory subwoofer. STAY AWAY FROM IMAGINE AUDIO THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TOTALLY SCREW YOU AND NOT EVEN CARE!!!

So thankful that a good friend recommended Imagine Audio! Ray is a knowledgeable professional when it came to selecting the best components (head unit, speakers, amp and sub) for my car. He knows his stuff, what components best suit my budget, and most importantly, he listened! My wife is usually in the car with me and she doesn’t care for too much volume. I don’t “crank it” when she’s with me! Ray understood how important that was to me and recommended the components that would sound fantastic even at lower volume levels. My system now sounds crystal clear throughout the volume spectrum. Ray also was great with me when I would text him questions. He responded promptly and gave great advice! Imagine Audio is about a half hour drive from my home (traffic permitting). I have multiple car sound system businesses nearer to me, from big box stores to small businesses. I am so delighted that I took the extra time to come see Ray and Imagine Audio!

I found Imagine Audio on Yelp after getting quotes from multiple shops, and they were the only ones who stood out for their responsiveness and professionalism. As a Philadelphia local, I really appreciated the experience I had with Mark, the owner. (Shout out to Ray also I think his name was, guy at front desk). From the start Mark was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on understanding my situation. He didn’t try to upsell me or rush me through a quote. Instead, he took the time to listen, answer every single question I had, and clearly explain which options would actually solve my problem. What really set Imagine Audio apart was that they didn’t just give me a quote and disappear. Mark meticulously addressed all of my concerns, walked me through everything, and made sure I felt confident before moving forward. That level of care is rare. The security system installation on my car exceeded my expectations. I now have an app that allows me to track my vehicle, along with alarms for different sensor triggers. The installation was professional, the warranty was solid, and the overall customer service was exceptional. I also want to note that another shop quoted me f
